  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • If your jewelry does come into contact with water or any products, gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth
  • Store in a cool, dry place preferably in a jewelry pouch or box
  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to maintain their natural shine

SHIPPING

Processing Time

  • Standard items are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Handmade items (including all beaded bracelets) require 2–5 business days due to the care and detail that goes into each piece.

We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but please note that handmade items take a little extra love and time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery via USPS.

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Important Shipping Information

  • We are not responsible for delays once your package is in USPS’s possession.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipping fee.
  • We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I disliked the fact that the jewelry is not water resistant, i do not like having to take my items off to shower and or getting into water, just a bit of an hassle.

Thank you so much for your order. While our pieces are made with high quality materials that can sustain occasional contact with water, we still recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or applying products. This is NOT due to a lack of durability, but rather to help preserve the shine, finish, and longevity of your jewelry over time. We completely understand that it can feel like a hassle, but a little extra care goes a long way in keeping your pieces looking beautiful for years to come.
