Processing Time
- Standard items are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Handmade items (including all beaded bracelets) require 2–5 business days due to the care and detail that goes into each piece.
We work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible, but please note that handmade items take a little extra love and time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery via USPS.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Important Shipping Information
- We are not responsible for delays once your package is in USPS’s possession.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require a reshipping fee.
- We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.
RETURNS
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for most items. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
